Viikonloppuna oli taas aihetta syödä hyvin ja tällä kertaa päädyimme italialaiseen pitemmän kaavan mukaan. Ideana oli tehdä saltimboccaa vasikasta, koska sitä ei ollut ennen päässyt kokeilemaan ja nyt vasikkaa tuntuu olevan kaupoissa. Koska ulkofilettä ei ollut tarjolla, varioin vähän ja tein paksummat pihvit entrecôtesta. Muut ruuat valittiin sitten sillä perusteella, että saatiin salviaa vähän joka ruokaan.
